MOBILE, Ala. ( - The North Florida women's golf team earned runner-up honors at the USA Intercollegiate cutting a 10-shot deficit to one during Monday's final round play at Magnolia Grove's Crossing Course in Mobile, Ala. Senior Sydney Shrader finished fourth in leading a trio of Ospreys among the Top 20.

Sydney Shrader closed the season opener with her second consecutive under-par score, shooting a 1-under 71 to finish fourth with a 54-hole total of 3-under 213
- Junior Sara McKevitt earned her first career Top 10 showing, finishing tied for 7th at 1-under 215 after a final round 73
- Junior Mindy Herrick carded a 1-under 71 to move into a tie for 20th at 221
- Sophomore Daniela Gonzalez finished tied for 40th (224) with a final round 77, while senior Teresa Conroy rounded out the Osprey lineup with a 74 to finish tied for 52nd (227)
- Sophomore Liss Davalos posted a final round 75 en route to a tie for 35th showing (223) playing as an individual
- The Ospreys fired the low round of the final day, boasting a 1-over 289 and finished with a three-day total of 869
- UAB's Tia Teiniketo led wire-to-wire in capturing the individual medalist crown with a 12-under 204

- Shrader collected her program leading 14th career under-par round and claimed her program best fifth Top 5 finish

- Midway through the final round, UNF held a slight lead in the team competition
- Marked the program's sixth all-time runner up finish
- Ospreys led the field in Par 4 scoring, finishing at 7-over (4.05 avg) | Shrader was second among individuals on the Par 4s at 5-under (3.83 avg)
- North Florida wrapped up the 54-hole event with 174 pars, paced by 40 from Davalos
- UNF recorded 42 birdies, the second most in the field, led by 11 for Shrader
- This marked North Florida's debut appearance in the USA Intercollegiate
