    ATLANTA, Ga. - With the 2020 ASUN Softball season right around the corner, we will preview the eight league squads and their student-athletes in preparations of the 35th season. Today, we spotlight the Jacksonville Dolphins who are gearing up for their third season under head coach Erica Ayers. 
  • Liberty Selected As Top @ASUNSB Team; DeVault & Garst Earn Superlative Honors

    ATLANTA, Ga. - With the 2020 ASUN Conference Softball season around the corner, Liberty was voted as the preseason favorites by the league's head coaches. The Flames picked up three first-place votes, with Lipscomb (2), North Alabama (2) and FGCU (1) earning the final first-place votes. Lipscomb's Hannah DeVault was voted as the Preseason Player and Defensive Player of the Year while North Alabama's Megan Garst was an unanimous selection for Preseason Pitcher of the Year rounding out the superlative honors.

  • NFCA Recognizes Four @ASUNSoftball Squads and 45 Student-Athletes for Academic Success

    ATLANTA, Ga. – Four ASUN Conference Softball teams made the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Division I All-Academic Team List announced this week by the Association. Three league squads earned recognition among the top-100 grade-point averages (GPA) in the country. 
  • @ASUNSoftball 2020 Conference Schedule Released

    ATLANTA, Ga. – The ASUN Conference announced its 2020 Softball schedule on Wednesday with each of the eight teams slated to play in seven three-game series' beginning Saturday, March 14. The upcoming year marks the 35th season of competition in the ASUN.
